Varsity Brands, Inc. announced today the completion of two acquisitions in its core cheerleading market. The two companies are Athletic Championships, LLC and Premier Athletics, LLC, both of which are based in Knoxville, Tennessee.²

In 2006, Kentucky Elite merged with Premier Athletics adding to Premiers exciting chain of cheerleading and gymnastic training centers. Premier Athletics, headquartered in Knoxville, TN, operates 19 cheerleading and gymnastic training facilities in nine states and provides services to over 10,000 students.³
