Nj Marathon
Death in Children (SUDC) are proud to partner with the NJ Marathon organization and the NJ Road Runners Club (NJRRC) to usher in the 12th annual NJ Marathon Weekend by presenting its Saturday events; sponsored by Investors Savings Bank. The events are for kids of all ages and will take place on the oceanfront at the Long Branch Promenade and Great Lawn.1
Training course participants will also be given a weekly running sessions guide that will include an opportunity to join in with the weekly Wednesday evening running group sessions offered by the Shore Runner Store located in Pier Village. Most of the longer Sunday morning running sessions will take place in Long Branch and will incorporate sections of the actual NJ Marathon course.2
This is a whole weekend of events with many children?s and family runs happening on Saturday. There is literally “something for everyone” at the Jersey Shore during the NJ Marathon Weekend!3
Since then, running has become part of his lifestyle and is an integral component of who he is. He has run in various 5K, 10K, and other events, as well as seven more Steamtown Marathons, the 2003 & 2004 Philadelphia Marathons and the 2007 Philadelphia 1/2 Marathon, the 2004 NJ Marathon (96th place), and the 2005 Cleveland Marathon.4
