As mentioned previously the Cleveland Plain Dealer had reported that Ohio Democratic Chair Chris Redfern stated that he was told by Attorney General Marc Dann that there was no pajama incident involving Jessica Utovich. Today’s Blade has a breaking news update from the Associated Press relating to Attorney general says employee never in pajamas in his apartment.1

The office of Ohio’s Attorney General Marc Dann continues to make news. Dann denied a Columbus Dispatch request for e-mails sent between him and his former scheduler, Jessica Utovich.6
Another text message indicated that Dann’s scheduler, Jessica Utovich, 28, had also been to the apartment. Stankoski told the office’s anti-harassment officer that she had seen Utovich wearing either pajamas or sweats.7
