Brendan Morrow

Modano is to the Stars what Sundin is to the Leafs, what Marleau is to the Sharks, what Yzerman and Lemieux were to the Wings and Pens respectively. He is the Stars (meant it that way).1

In the extra session, Mike Ribeiro whipped a cross-ice pass to a pinching Stephane Robidas on the right side. Robidas held onto the puck, circled behind the goal before sliding the disc to Mattias Norstrom at the left point.2

Nicklas Hagman is scoreless in 7 games played thus far in the 07-08 playoffs. Now, an issue like this may not seem very important when you consider how quickly the Stars eliminated the defending Stanley Cup Champion Anaheim Ducks.3

On December 26, 2006, Morrow severed two tendons in his right wrist when he was stepped on with a skate in the game against the Chicago Blackhawks. Surgery was successful and he was discharged from a Chicago hospital the next morning.4

Sure Rivet shoulda had a 2 minutes but still the league needs to tell these idiots to protect themselves. Watch vets like Kovalev, Jagr and so on go into the corners, you’ll rarely to never catch them their back turned, they’ll have their backs braced against the boards.5

Morrow was the only player in the NHL last season to score more than 20 goals and serve more than 125 penalty minutes. He scored 23 times and assisted on 42 for a career-best 65 points, and his plus-30 rating was the best on the team.6
